We are so excited to announce that Bruce Elsworth is now offering private cooking classes, 1:1, and 2:1. You’ll have the rare and unique opportunity to learn and practice with an award-winning chef.
Available on Tuesdays and Wednesdays 11-1.30pm. Price includes the cooking class, the meals cooked in the class, a drink of choice with your meal, and a branded apron.
With over 30 years of experience in some of the most esteemed kitchens, such as Michelin Star Rascasse, and the Angel at Hetton, you’ll have the opportunity to join Bruce in his kitchen, and learn the restaurant kitchens’ hidden secrets: how to cook to impress for a dinner party, plate presentation, how to cook gluten free, diabetic cooking, balancing flavours, fish preparation and cooking, and more! We are offering various packages for Bruce Elsworth’s cooking classes, but if you have any specific requests, please get in touch via email – elsworthatthemill@gmail.com.
If you have already bought a Cooking Class, or received a voucher as a gift, please do get in touch via email to book these cooking experiences. You can choose from our menu examples or create a bespoke menu for you, so you can cook those things you really enjoy, or would like to learn how to!
