Join us for an evening celebrating the very best of Yorkshire’s food, produce, and local talent.

Award-winning chef Bruce Elsworth presents a five-course seasonal tasting menu, crafted using the finest locally sourced ingredients and showcasing produce from 13 Yorkshire suppliers.

Throughout the evening, hear from a selection of Yorkshire producers and guest speakers as they share the passion, heritage, and craftsmanship behind some of the region’s finest ingredients.

Guest speakers include:

Tom Carlisle – The Dales Farmer
A fifth-generation Yorkshire Dales farmer, Tom rears exceptional Texel lamb with a deep respect for the landscape and farming traditions of the region. We’re delighted to feature his outstanding lamb on the menu, while Tom joins us on the evening to share stories and insights into life on the farm.

Holme Grown, Eastby
Holme Grown Eastby is a Community Interest Company (CIC) dedicated to creating a thriving growing space for the benefit of the local community, championing sustainable growing and local produce. Abby will be joining us to tell us more about Holme Grown.

Stonebeck Cheese
Sally from Stonebeck Cheese will be joining us on the evening. Stonebeck was founded by first-generation farmers producing a distinctive Wensleydale cheese that celebrates Yorkshire’s landscape, cultural heritage, sustainability, conservation, and biodiversity.
