We’re delighted to welcome Andy and Kathy from The Courtyard Dairy, who will be sharing their knowledge, passion and the stories behind some of the country’s finest cheeses. With a 14 year friendship and working partnership, Bruce and Andrew shared passion to this collaboration.
This is more than a cheese tasting. Our award-winning chef, Bruce Elsworth, has curated an exceptional five-course cheese tasting menu.
Featured on the menu is Settle Soft, handcrafted by Kathy herself. Demonstrating its remarkable versatility, it will feature twice on the menu, once in a savoury course and once in a sweet.
We’ll also be featuring Yarlington, a beautifully cider washed cheese, and Kalkaber, a distinctive mountain style cheese.
Guests will also enjoy three outstanding Wensleydale cheeses: Yoredale, Fellstone and Crummockdale.
Each course has been thoughtfully designed by Bruce, with cheeses selected in collaboration with Andy and Kathy, creating a menu that celebrates flavour, texture and delicious cheese.
