An Evening with Andy & Kathy from The Courtyard Dairy

We’re delighted to welcome Andy and Kathy from The Courtyard Dairy, who will be sharing their knowledge, passion and the stories behind some of the country’s finest cheeses.

This is more than a cheese tasting. Our award-winning chef, Bruce Elsworth, has curated an exceptional five-course cheese tasting menu.

Featured on the menu is Settle Soft, handcrafted by Kathy herself. Demonstrating its remarkable versatility, it will feature twice on the menu, once in a savoury course and once in a sweet.

We’ll also be featuring Yarlington, a beautifully cider washed cheese, and Kalkaber, a distinctive mountain style cheese.

Guests will also enjoy three outstanding Wensleydale cheeses: Yoredale, Fellstone and Crummackdale.

Each course has been thoughtfully designed by Bruce, with cheeses selected in collaboration with Andy and Kathy, creating a menu that celebrates flavour, texture and delicious cheese.
