This special evening will showcase a thoughtfully crafted menu from award winning chef Bruce Elsworth, celebrating the very best of the season with dishes that are both elegant and delicious. Expect hints of the landscape in each course, with carefully sourced ingredients and the occasional nod to locally foraged finds.
The Spring Table is more than just dinner. Bruce will share stories about the dishes in between courses, offering a glimpse into the inspiration, ingredients, and craft behind each plate.
