Joe Fattorini looks after the wines of Del Melchor, and Amelia, therefore, expect to see some of the world’s finest, most luxurious, great wines. The menu will include some of the most esteemed wines, including Concha y Toro Amelia Chardonnay, 2022, one of the finest wines in South America; Concho y Toro Amelia Pinot Noir, 2022; and Don Melchor Cabernet Sauvignon from Bordeaux.
