Join our born and bred Yorkshireman and award winning chef Bruce as he takes us through his passion for Yorkshire produce in this five course dinner using local ingredients from God’s own county.  See if you recognise where his key ingredients come from and hear him speak about some of the finest suppliers Yorkshire has to offer.

Starters and Mains include;

  • Warm salad of roasted and smoked Kilnsey trout, wild garlic, horseradish and oat creme fraiche.
  • A tasting plate of local Skipton Jacob lamb.
