Friday 28th February – A Night at the Opera with Bibi Heal

Friday 28th February 2024, Tickets £62.50pp.

Doors open 6.30pm for bar drinks, event begins at 7pm.

Take to your seats in Elsworth at the Mill as the amazing singer Bibi Heal delivers an intimate, hair-raising Operatic performance, all whilst being greeted with a glass of fizz on arrival and enjoying canapés and an elegant three-course-dinner produced by our finest Chef, Bruce Elsworth!

Canapés

Grilled Peach Bruschetta, goats cheese, nasturtium, pickled fennel

Salmon Mousse, Herritage tomatoes, dill, burnt shallot dressing

Starter:

Baked blue cheese cheesecake, toasted hazelnuts, pickled beetroot, honey, basil and truffle oil

Main:

Chicken Schnitzel, torched brassicas, Austrian potato salad

Dessert:

Negroni Tart, apple strudel parfait, confit orange

All dietaries and allergens can be catered for.
