The night is an opportunity to learn more about the culinary delights of southern Italy. Puglia isn’t as famous as some of the other Italian regions but Puglia’s comforting country cuisine, is a vibrant showcase of the natural bounty of the land.

It is renowned for orecchiette pasta, burrata and the dishes are inventive using, seasonally and local, flavourful ingredients and our celebrated chef Bruce can not wait to share these dishes with you.
