Bruce will be cooking up two courses; a Serrano Han Chicken Breast, braised cabbage and bacon, celeriac & red wine reduction and for dessert, Pannacotta, vanilla poached pears and bitter chocolate.

Our second Masterclass this year!

Bruce will be demonstrating:  How to prep ,fill and roll the chicken, Braised savoy cabbage and bacon, Preparation and cooking of celeriac, Red wine reduction, Making and setting a panna cotta, How to poach a pear, Making a Chocolate sauce and how to to bring all the component’s together on the plate, to a restaurant standard.

A brilliant way to get inspired by food, enjoy two courses cooked by our very own Bruce Elsworth, and watch a masterclass cooking demo by Bruce himself!
